Tony Calderone Named President of TEC Industrial

TEC Industrial is proud to announce the promotion of Anthony (Tony) Calderone to the position of President & Chief Operating Officer. He will succeed John Sacht as President and will assume further responsibility in leading the company as it continues to provide exceptional construction and maintenance services to the industrial market. Tony has shown strong leadership throughout his time at TEC Industrial and has proven and applied his expertise and knowledge in a wide variety of industries.

Tony joined TEC Industrial in 2021, following a successful and impactful construction career in the Process Industrial, Power, and Pulp and Paper Industries. His 45+ years of execution experience in leading complex construction projects across the country provide him with the background and wisdom to help lead and cultivate the growth of TEC Industrial.

John Sacht wiil transition into retirement following 12 years at TEC Industrial. Throughout his career, John has held multiple management and leadership roles, contributing in both executive operational and financial functions. John will serve as Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer prior to entering full retirement at the end of 2026. Following John’s retirement, Tony will assume the position of President & Chief Executive Officer.

His impact on TEC Industrial and the industry has been significant.

As John transitions toward retirement, we are grateful he will continue serving as Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer through the end of 2026 to support a smooth transition. I am honored to assume the role of President & Chief Executive Officer following his retirement and look forward to building on the strong culture and reputation that he helped create.”
