T E C Industrial Announces Heath Seal as Chief Estimator

T E C Industrial’s Sr. Vice President and COO, Tony Calderone, has recently named Heath Seal as Chief Estimator, succeeding industry veteran  Greg Gordon, who has since moved into an operations role as a Senior Project Manager.

Seal has been with T E C Industrial for over 16 years and has continued to advance from his early start as an Electrical helper, Electrician, Site Supervisor, Project Manager, Interim Estimating Lead,  and his new position as Chief Estimator. He has experience with a variety of industries, including Bulk and Specialty Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Munitions, Power, and Advanced Manufacturing. In his new role, he will oversee T E C Industrial’s estimating group, supporting new opportunities as well as existing projects.

According to Calderone:

“Heath’s field experience, knowledge of the company’s culture and management team, and familiarity and direct interface with a multitude of clients and projects provide a sound foundation from which he will lead our estimating team.” 

Seal assumes his new role effective March 4, 2024, and will report directly to Calderone based in the company’s Kingsport, TN corporate office.
