He is highly proficient in all major project delivery methods, including EPC, Design‑Bid‑Build, and Self‑Perform Prime Contracting, and is experienced with a wide range of contract structures such as fixed price, reimbursable time and material, and cost‑plus.
According to Calderone, “Miller brings a proven record of excellence in every facet of project execution, which will, in his new capacity, benefit all of our projects and the clients we serve. Since joining the company in 2024, Miller has been a vital contributor to T E C Industrial’s success, consistently delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget while building strong, lasting relationships with several of the company’s largest clients. In his new role, he will oversee field operations, project management teams, and construction support functions, fostering consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects. This position is critical in harmonizing construction execution with corporate strategy, client commitments, and long-term growth objectives.”
