Ken Miller Named Director of Construction

Feb 16, 2026

T E C Industrial’s Chief Operating Officer, Tony Calderone, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ken Miller to Director of Construction. In his new capacity, Miller will be entrusted with the comprehensive leadership, performance, and execution of construction operations for industrial projects throughout the company’s operating region. This role encompasses strategic and operational oversight, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict adherence to quality standards and client expectations.

Miller brings two decades of successful experience in chemical, petrochemical, power, and industrial manufacturing projects to this position. His construction career reflects a steady progression from Field Welder through Field Supervision and Piping Superintendent, advancing into Quality Inspection and Management at both the project and corporate levels, followed by Construction Management and Project Management, and ultimately serving as Director of Construction.

In addition to his formal education at Northeast State, Miller has completed numerous internal training programs with some of the largest EPC firms in the country, earning multiple professional certifications, including NCCER Project Management certification. He is highly proficient in all major project delivery methods, including EPC, Design‑Bid‑Build, and Self‑Perform Prime Contracting, and is experienced with a wide range of contract structures such as fixed price, reimbursable time and material, and cost‑plus.

According to Calderone, “Miller brings a proven record of excellence in every facet of project execution, which will, in his new capacity, benefit all of our projects and the clients we serve. Since joining the company in 2024, Miller has been a vital contributor to T E C Industrial’s success, consistently delivering projects ahead of schedule and under budget while building strong, lasting relationships with several of the company’s largest clients. In his new role, he will oversee field operations, project management teams, and construction support functions, fostering consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects. This position is critical in harmonizing construction execution with corporate strategy, client commitments, and long-term growth objectives.”
