TEC Industrial Recognized for Excellent Safety Performance in 2025

Apr 10, 2026

TEC Industrial was recognized for Excellent Safety Performance at the annual Service & Safety Leadership Regional Meeting held last week in Clearwater, Florida. The event brought together Comfort Systems USA operating companies for a collaborative, company‑led effort focused on aligning safety practices, sharing lessons learned, and reinforcing open communication.

Throughout 2025, TEC Industrial employees safely completed more than 1.16 million work hours, maintaining a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) of 0.69. And at the beginning of 2026, TEC Industrial reached a major safety milestone of 22 million safe work hours without a lost‑time incident.

This award and milestone reflect our continued commitment to a people‑first, safety‑led culture. One where safety is more than a goal of zero incidents or injuries, but the foundation of everything we do. TEC Industrial is proud to be part of an organization that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement as we move forward into 2026.
