T E C Industrial’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Greg Boehling, has recently named Anthony (Tony) Calderone, Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He moves onto a role previously held by Aaron Jordan, who is stepping down from that position and transitioning to full retirement.
Calderone joined T E C Industrial in 2021 as Vice President of Operations following a successful and impactful construction career in the Process Industrial, Power, and Pulp and Paper Industries. His 40+ years of execution experience delivering extraordinarily complex and challenging construction projects across the country provides him the background and knowledge to help lead T E C Industrial’s continued growth in the regions and business sectors we serve. In his new role, all Project Management, Site Operations, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and Project Controls will be under his leadership.
As stated by Boehling,

Calderone will report directly to Boehling, and continue to be based in the company’s Kingsport, TN corporate office.
Jordan has served T E C Industrial since 2007 and distinguished himself as a key leader who helped launch the growth of the company from a single discipline electrical contractor to a full-service self-perform construction company with industry recognized piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, steel erection and plant O&M capabilities. While heading the company’s operations, Jordan lead T E C Industrial’s growth while achieving World Class safety performance including numerous Governor’s Awards for Workplace Safety and Health and a continuing record of having never experienced an OSHA lost workday case.
