Glenn Ray Joins TEC Industrial as Project Manager

TEC Industrial’s Chief Operating Officer Tony Calderone is pleased to announce the appointment of William Glenn Ray to the position of Project Manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical project management to ensure that our clients’ objectives and goals are achieved on complex industrial projects. Glenn has over forty-five years of experience in construction management, project management, engineering management, project delivery and program management involving large capital operations within multiple technology sectors and disciplines.

He has held many senior management positions providing total project delivery for construction/engineering/site management to the projects in key roles including Project Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager, Program Manager, Project Director, Regional Project Delivery Manager, and Field Engineer. Glenn’s background includes senior level assignments with Hydrocarbon, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Process, Heavy Industrial, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Automotive, Infrastructures, Government, Water/Wastewater, Utilities Infrastructure and Nuclear Power Sectors executing heavy industrial projects with open, closed, and merit shop labor posture in both domestic and international locations.

Glenn’s depth of expertise and demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in highly regulated environments make him a strong cultural and operational fit for TECI as the company continues to expand and serve its core industrial clients.”
