Tony is a highly versatile executive leader at T E C Industrial. With over four decades of experience, his background in integrated project delivery on complex industrial projects safely, on time, and within budget provides our clients and their projects with the benefit of his perspective for the extent of the respective expansion program. His responsibilities at T E C Industrial include Project Management, Site Operations, Safety, Quality, Estimating, Preconstruction and Procurement. His knowledge of the process industries allows him to apply lessons learned to every project from planning up to commissioning and start-up. Prior to joining T E C Industrial, Tony served in leadership positions with some of the country’s largest EPC organizations, and a number of projects with which he had direct engagement and/or responsibility were recipients of the American Building Council’s (ABC) best-in-class recognition.

His responsibilities at T E C Industrial include Safety, Quality, Estimating, Preconstruction and Procurement; and his knowledge of the process industries allows him to apply lessons learned to every project from planning up to commissioning and start-up. Prior to joining T E C Industrial, he served in leadership positions with several of the country’s deepest EPC organizations, and a number of projects with which he had direct engagement and/or responsibility were recipients of American Building Council (ABC) best-in-class recognition.
Tucker leads T E C Industrial’s sale and marketing group. His background includes over three decades of engineering, procurement, and construction, and maintenance experience serving clients throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and South America. His entire career has been focused on the industrial manufacturing markets. Previous to T E C Industrial, he worked in Business Development for a large multi-national EPCM corporation where he secured professional services contracts in the advanced materials, chemicals, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, process chemicals, and semi-conductor sectors. He is well-versed on construction contracting, strategic planning and pursuit principles, and client relations. He is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, as well as the United States Army Ordnance Officer Maintenance Management Basic Course.
John is accountable all financial and risk management operations at T E C Industrial as well as various support departments including H.R. and I.T. Prior to joining T E C Industrial in 2014, he served in a variety of key financial and operational positions ranging from Corporate Controller up to Division President for a multi-billion-dollar Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Site Services, and Maintenance Corporation. He monitors and directs the implementation of T E C Industrial’s strategic business plan, help implement operations best practices, oversaw the development of cost-effective employee benefit plans, and spearheaded the implementation of transaction processing systems that align with those utilized by our clients. He holds both Undergraduate and Graduate Business Degrees from Augusta State and Queens University respectively.
Greg has over 30 years of experience in the Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance Industry. Prior to taking on the leadership T E C Industrial in 2005, he held a variety of operational and business development roles working for some of the largest multi-national engineering and construction organizations in the world. Since acquiring T E C Industrial, he has led the company through impressive growth expanding the corporation from a single-discipline industrial electrical contractor to a full-service, multi-discipline, direct-hire prime contractor and maintenance provider supporting some of the largest chemicals, power, pulp & paper, and advanced manufacturing companies in the United States. He holds a degree in Nuclear Engineering for North Carolina State University and has been extremely active in the community in various capacities including serving as United Way Chairman.
