T E C Industrial Introduces a new safety slogan for 2017-2018

T E C Industrial Maintenance & Construction is built on its core values of Safety, Integrity, and Performance. As such, the company operates at a world-class safety level that results from continued efforts to stress the importance of safety to all of its employees.

Every two years, the company asks its employees to submit new slogans they feel represent the company’s culture of safety with the intent of re-energizing and furthering its focus. The winning slogan is chosen by T E C Industrial’s Safety Department and the writer of that slogan receives an award to recognize their creativity and effort. This year, the chosen slogan was “Safety… It’s wrapped up in our DNA,” and it was submitted by Allen Cross. It was chosen because it builds upon the company’s “24/7 Below 0” safety program that aims at maintaining a safety culture both at work and at home to achieve safety results that are better than zero OSHA recordable incidents.

This new slogan, in combination with the current motto, will be the focus of the entire company for the next two years. It reminds us all that a successful safety culture must be at the core of who you are and must be “Wrapped up in our DNA”.
